Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
  • Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal state local law
  • Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Frequent bending stooping kneeling
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand cart blenders knives slices wine keys and other tools listed in training manual

Job Qualifications

  • Alcohol service certification as required by law
  • Minimum 1 year of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality
  • Deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
  • Practice proper cash handling and proper operation of the point-of-sale system and hospitality standards
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
  • Support the crew in their duties to provide seamless guest experiences
  • Assist in daily opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
  • Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and service
