Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal state local law
- Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Frequent bending stooping kneeling
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand cart blenders knives slices wine keys and other tools listed in training manual
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality
- Deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
- Practice proper cash handling and proper operation of the point-of-sale system and hospitality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- Support the crew in their duties to provide seamless guest experiences
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
- Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and service
