Job Requirements

- previous serving experience
- knowledge of craft beer and food pairings
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- commitment to high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety

- Passion for craft beer and from-scratch cooking
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- experience providing attentive customer service
- knowledge of food allergy awareness, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
- flexible availability for weekday, weekend, and evening shifts
- previous serving experience preferred
Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests
- provide attentive service
- create a positive dining experience from start to finish
- clearly communicate daily menu changes, brewing highlights, and seasonal specialties
- recommend and sell craft beers
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of beer varieties, flavor profiles, and food pairings
- support the service team by assisting with side work, running food, and ensuring dining and patio areas are presentable
- collaborate with kitchen and brewery teams to stay informed about ingredient sourcing, beer releases, and special events
- uphold standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism in high-volume settings
