Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome guests
  • provide attentive service
  • create a positive dining experience from start to finish
  • clearly communicate daily menu changes, brewing highlights, and seasonal specialties
  • recommend and sell craft beers
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of beer varieties, flavor profiles, and food pairings
  • support the service team by assisting with side work, running food, and ensuring dining and patio areas are presentable
  • collaborate with kitchen and brewery teams to stay informed about ingredient sourcing, beer releases, and special events
  • uphold standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism in high-volume settings
