Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests and present food and beverage options
  • take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • provide attentive and friendly table service ensuring guest satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service
  • promote and upsell menu items and special promotions
