Job Duties
- Upholds company mission and philosophy
- Serves guests in a prompt, courteous manner, in accordance with the standards and procedures outlined in the Server Workbook
- Promotes sales
- has a thorough understanding of the restaurant's products
- Takes food and beverage orders accurately from guests
- processes guests' orders and ensures accuracy of items
- Serves courses promptly, within timing standards
- Maintains section according to service standards
- performs setup and sidework duties in an efficient and accurate manner
- Helps to maintain cleanliness of restaurant
- Works as a member of the team to serve guests
- Maintains positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude toward guests and coworkers
- Assists others whenever able
- Maintains highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
- follows Health Department standards for hygiene and safe food handling
- Maintains current Food Handlers Permit
- Adheres to state liquor regulations in serving alcohol
- Has current Liquor Permit on person when working
- Works toward ensuring profitability by controlling waste, promoting sales, and ensuring all ordered items are rung in
