Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service preferred
  • Ability to operate a tablet device
  • Knowledge of dietary restrictions and meal modifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Compliance with organizational policies and procedures

  • Knowledgeable about meals offered and modified diets
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Complete assigned tasks before, during, and after dining room operations including menu review and side jobs
  • Serve food and beverages in the proper sequence
  • Utilize a tablet for order taking with accuracy
  • Maintain knowledge of meals offered and adhere to dietary modifications as needed
  • Keep tables neat and clean promptly removing soiled dishes and resetting tables uniformly
  • Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors addressing any complaints or unsafe conditions
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures including those in the Employee Handbook
  • Maintain proper food temperatures and apply basic sanitation standards
