Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly
- Must have vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, including depth perception and color vision
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Must adhere to department and company guidelines on personal hygiene and dress code
- Must report to work on schedule and be punctual
- Must accurately report tip income
Job Qualifications

- 0 - 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to follow detailed but uncomplicated written or verbal instructions
- Ability to do simple addition and subtraction
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of menu items including bar offerings
- Physical stamina to perform medium work
Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them personally
- Answers the telephone promptly and takes customer orders
- Checks with customers to ensure their satisfaction with meals and resolves any issues
- Collects payments from customers
- Writes or enters food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepares itemized checks including meals and sales taxes
- Verifies patrons' identification for alcoholic beverages
- Serves food and beverages and prepares specialty dishes
- Presents menus and answers questions with recommendations
- Cleans tables or counters after dining
- Prepares hot, cold, and mixed drinks and chills wine bottles
- Stocks service areas with necessary supplies
- Maintains adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- Reports to work on time and follows company policies
- Accurately reports tip income
- Washes dishes as necessary
- Orders products and supplies as needed
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects
