Job Duties
- Deliver the highest levels of service by guiding guests through menus and making beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing friendly and attentive service
- Build guest intent to return through exceptional hospitality and attentive interactions
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant environments in compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Uphold company standards for safety and sanitation, including team member wellness practices
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns to enhance their dining experience
