Job Requirements

At least 6 months of prior experience in a server or food service role
Valid ServSafe Certification
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require

Job Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
At least 6 months of prior experience in a server or food service role
Preferred 1-3 years of hospitality industry experience

Job Duties

Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and posture in accordance with the companys dress code policy
Greet guests warmly, maintain friendly and engaging dialogue, and provide prompt and courteous service throughout their visit
Set, reset, and maintain table settings and dining areas according to property standards
Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system accurately, and process payments using appropriate methods
Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, liquor brands, beer and wine selections, non-alcoholic beverages, and garnish standards
Understand and follow proper table, seat, and section numbering as well as table setup standards
Adhere to all cash handling and credit card processing policies and procedures
Complete daily opening, running, and closing side work assignments
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house FOH areas, including sweeping, mopping, bussing tables, and resetting as needed
Collaborate effectively with team members to provide seamless service and support throughout the shift
Follow all company safety and sanitation protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
