Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months of prior experience in a server or food service role
  • Valid ServSafe Certification
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • At least 6 months of prior experience in a server or food service role
  • Preferred 1-3 years of hospitality industry experience

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and posture in accordance with the companys dress code policy
  • Greet guests warmly, maintain friendly and engaging dialogue, and provide prompt and courteous service throughout their visit
  • Set, reset, and maintain table settings and dining areas according to property standards
  • Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system accurately, and process payments using appropriate methods
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, liquor brands, beer and wine selections, non-alcoholic beverages, and garnish standards
  • Understand and follow proper table, seat, and section numbering as well as table setup standards
  • Adhere to all cash handling and credit card processing policies and procedures
  • Complete daily opening, running, and closing side work assignments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house FOH areas, including sweeping, mopping, bussing tables, and resetting as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to provide seamless service and support throughout the shift
  • Follow all company safety and sanitation protocols and maintain a safe work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
