Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • American citizenship or Green Card holder
  • ability to work at least 12 hours daily and 7 days weekly for up to 28 weeks
  • capability to meet physical demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
  • successful completion of a pre-employment drug test
  • adherence to grooming standards regarding tattoos and piercings
  • compliance with safety and emergency training
  • no alcohol consumption while working
  • willingness to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • temporary employment limited to 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least eighteen years old
  • be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • have the ability to work minimum 12 hours per day and 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • possess good physical condition to handle moderate lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
  • pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other substances
  • comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • have the ability to follow safety and emergency procedures after training
  • demonstrate excellent hospitality skills and positive attitude
  • be willing to abstain from alcohol consumption during employment
  • have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including table settings, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
  • cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
  • relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring presentation and garnishing
  • perform additional duties like greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and assisting with evening entertainment
  • maintain professional comportment and uphold company standards during service
