Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
able to read and write handwritten notes
lift and carry up to 30 pounds
move about facility and stand for long periods of time
walk or stand 100% of shift
frequently reach, bend, and stoop

Job Qualifications

must be able to read and communicate in English
must demonstrate ability to operate Micros system and conduct accurate transactions
must be skilled in guest communication
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong interpersonal skills
ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
basic math skills for handling cash and change

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
keep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues
create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company sanitation procedures
manage financial transactions accurately including credit card operations and cash handling
follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated guests responsibly
assess guest behavior and report issues to management
greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders
maintain deep knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions
enter orders correctly into Micros system
ensure food is garnished and delivered efficiently
work adhering to 'full hands in, full hands out' philosophy
assist with party setup, breakdown, and bussing tables
support team members as needed
complete sales and station side work during shifts
participate in sales incentives and contests
follow portion control guidelines
maintain guest satisfaction through timely service and cleanliness
keep station clean and organized
foster positive working relationships with all team members
communicate enthusiastically with guests about the Dave & Buster's experience
operate Micros system for transactions and account for all monies end of shift
communicate effectively in English both verbally and via Micros
maintain proper dress code and professional appearance
be at least 18 years old
