Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in restaurant serving or customer service is preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and multitasking abilities
basic math skills for handling payments
teamwork and cooperation skills

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
promptly pick up and deliver food orders
ensure guests are well cared for, offer beverage refills and remove any unused items
deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
