Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and authorization to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
basic proficiency with POS systems
knowledge of food safety regulations
team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
promptly pick up and deliver food orders
ensure customers are well attended, offer beverage refills and clear unused items
timely present and settle the bill, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety standards
