Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Ability to follow state and local alcohol service laws

Job Duties

Greeting guests enthusiastically
Suggesting specials based on menu knowledge
Entering items into POS system
Delivering food and checking back to ensure satisfaction
Pre-bussing and bussing tables
Collecting guest checks and handling cash and credit cards accurately
Checking IDs and serving alcohol responsibly
