Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in customer service or food service industry is a plus
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
collect and deliver food orders promptly
ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
