Job Requirements
- High school or GED equivalent
- ability to work specified shifts including rotating days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Job Duties
- Clean and store dishes according to set departmental standards
- complete cleaning processes efficiently and timely
- utilize chemicals properly
- maintain work areas by sweeping floors, mopping, sanitizing counters, and taking out garbage
- correctly serve foods and assemble trays following dietary restrictions and menu extensions
- complete assigned daily cleaning schedules including work areas and equipment
- demonstrate required competencies and proper hand washing techniques
- understand basic measuring utensils and follow production sheets
- follow safe food handling and HACCP guidelines
- abide by trayline procedures and select menus
- follow dish room, pot and pan procedures including chemical use and sanitization
