Job Duties
- Upholds company mission and philosophy
- Serves guests in a prompt, courteous manner in accordance with the Server Workbook standards
- Promotes sales
- Has a thorough understanding of the restaurant's products
- Takes food and beverage orders accurately from guests
- Processes guests' orders and ensures accuracy of items
- Serves courses promptly within timing standards
- Maintains section according to service standards
- Performs setup and sidework duties efficiently and accurately
- Helps maintain cleanliness of restaurant
- Works as a member of the team to serve guests
- Maintains positive, upbeat, energetic attitude toward guests and coworkers
- Assists others when able
- Maintains highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Follows Health Department standards for hygiene and safe food handling
- Maintains current Food Handlers Permit
- Adheres to state liquor regulations in serving alcohol
- Has current Liquor Permit on person when working
- Works toward ensuring profitability by controlling waste, promoting sales, and ensuring all ordered items are rung in
