Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role is desirable
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to operate POS systems
attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile upon seating
suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
promptly pick up and deliver food orders
ensure customer satisfaction by offering refills and removing unused items
promptly deliver and settle the bill, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
