- Must have 1 or more years of high-volume restaurant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to perform calmly under pressure

Job Duties
- Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
- Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
- Keep it clean by treating tables like they are in your own home
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
- Be available to work weekends, some holidays and fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation
