Job Requirements

Have constant need to stand without support while greeting and serving customers
Have constant need to walk around the restaurant facility
Have frequent need to bend, stoop, squat while performing duties
Have occasional need to push or pull equipment during cleaning
Have occasional need to reach above shoulder level
Have frequent need to grasp menus, silverware, money, plates, trays, glasses, and cleaning rags
Have constant need for finger dexterity for tasks such as typing and gripping
Have frequent need to operate cash register and tea machine
Have occasional need to lift or carry objects weighing between 10 and 50 pounds
Have constant need to see detail on tables and tickets
Have constant need to see beyond arm’s length to observe personnel and customers
Have constant need to hear customers and other personnel to communicate
Have constant need to speak with customers and other personnel to communicate effectively

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Good physical stamina for standing and walking long periods
Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
Experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required

Job Duties

Acknowledge customers with a smile and take food and drink order
Deliver food and drink orders
Refill drinks and be attentive to customer’s other needs
Pre-bus tables and deliver guest checks
Bus tables and fulfill assigned closing aide work
