Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
  • Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
  • Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining food and beverage options, recommending cocktails, dishes, and wines
  • Answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly
  • Communicating special accommodations such as food allergies to management and kitchen staff
  • Maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests
  • Completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
