Job Duties

  • Pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better
  • Serve three to four tables as determined by management
  • Have complete knowledge of The Friendly Toast's food and beverage preparation
  • Sell alcohol and food items effectively
  • Use a computer to ring orders on a check
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
  • Accept different types of payment and make change
  • Maintain specific side-work and ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
  • Clear and reset tables
  • Monitor guest behavior when consuming alcoholic beverages and offer a taxi or ask for manager intervention
  • Treat all guests to ensure their complete satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
