Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar server role
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods up to 8 hours
- Ability to sit, stand, crouch, stoop, kneel if needed
- Frequent bending and walking
- Willingness to work all shifts
- Adherence to all health department and liquor regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar server position
- Prior experience in a private club or upscale dining setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service and anticipate customer needs
- Adhere to company guidelines and health department regulations
- Set up dining rooms as instructed by Food & Beverage Manager
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Serve food and/or beverages in the order and to the expectation of the Manager
- Bus dishes promptly after each course and at the end of the meal
- Replenish beverages and check with guests for satisfaction
- Reset dining rooms according to Manager’s specifications after closing
- Perform assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking supplies
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain health and sanitation standards
- Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations
- Ensure quality standards and security for customers, employees, and property assets
- Work all shifts as required
