Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar server role
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods up to 8 hours
  • Ability to sit, stand, crouch, stoop, kneel if needed
  • Frequent bending and walking
  • Willingness to work all shifts
  • Adherence to all health department and liquor regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar server position
  • Prior experience in a private club or upscale dining setting preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional service and anticipate customer needs
  • Adhere to company guidelines and health department regulations
  • Set up dining rooms as instructed by Food & Beverage Manager
  • Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Serve food and/or beverages in the order and to the expectation of the Manager
  • Bus dishes promptly after each course and at the end of the meal
  • Replenish beverages and check with guests for satisfaction
  • Reset dining rooms according to Manager’s specifications after closing
  • Perform assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking supplies
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain health and sanitation standards
  • Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations
  • Ensure quality standards and security for customers, employees, and property assets
  • Work all shifts as required
