Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to adhere to company health and safety standards
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- must comply with all local and state regulations regarding food service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or restaurant experience beneficial but not required
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- friendly disposition with a genuine desire to serve and engage with customers
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an advantage
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- present menus and explain daily specials or promotions
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- ensure guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station
- process guest payments and handle cash or credit transactions
- provide guests with detailed knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and wine pairings
