Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week
  • able to work for up to 28 weeks
  • ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
  • pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
  • strict no alcohol consumption during employment
  • adherence to grooming standards
  • ability to perform emergency and safety functions as required
  • temporary employment for up to 28 weeks
  • positive attitude and composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work long hours including weekends
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • capacity to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • ability to meet grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china, and glassware
  • cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
  • acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions
  • relay orders to the galley and serve various courses and beverages ensuring items look presentable and properly garnished
  • perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
