Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week
able to work for up to 28 weeks
ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
strict no alcohol consumption during employment
adherence to grooming standards
ability to perform emergency and safety functions as required
temporary employment for up to 28 weeks
positive attitude and composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
ability to work long hours including weekends
strong interpersonal and communication skills
capacity to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
ability to meet grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings

Job Duties

Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china, and glassware
cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions
relay orders to the galley and serve various courses and beverages ensuring items look presentable and properly garnished
perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
