Job Requirements

Previous experience as a server is preferred
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail
must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to stand and walk for long periods
availability for frequent additional hours during busy season

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field preferred
at least five years' experience in a related field or similar position preferred
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail
friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties

Greet and seat customers
take food and drink orders
deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
handle customer complaints or concerns
upsell menu items and specials
process payments
maintain a clean and organized work environment
