Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Food handler’s permit if required by local regulations

Job Duties
- Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
- Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Helping guests select menu items by explaining food and bar menus, recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef's features, and identifying wines
- Thoroughly answering all food and beverage preparation questions
- Making managers aware of special guest accommodations such as food allergies before reporting to the kitchen
- Maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests
- Completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties
