Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends holidays
- excellent communication skills
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- willingness to learn and adapt
- previous experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as restaurant server waiter waitress wait staff runner or other FOH is preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- customer-focused attitude
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- deliver food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- follow Applebee's Ten Basic Service Steps to accommodate guests' needs
- provide authentic guest experiences ranging from Ladies Night Out to Sunday Family Dinner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate orders
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- assist team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operation
