Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work 12 hours per day for 7 days a week
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Able to lift and bend regularly
- Willingness to comply with grooming standards
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
- No alcohol consumption while on duty
- Temporary employment lasting up to 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Strong composure and positive attitude under pressure
- Ability to maintain grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Efficiently set up and break down meal services including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour
- Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient and timely manner
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, and present menus
- Suggest particular courses and wines and answer questions about menu items
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with proper presentation and garnish
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
