Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Ability to work 12 hours per day for 7 days a week
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Able to lift and bend regularly
  • Willingness to comply with grooming standards
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
  • No alcohol consumption while on duty
  • Temporary employment lasting up to 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
  • Strong composure and positive attitude under pressure
  • Ability to maintain grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • Efficiently set up and break down meal services including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour
  • Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient and timely manner
  • Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, and present menus
  • Suggest particular courses and wines and answer questions about menu items
  • Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with proper presentation and garnish
  • Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
