Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One plus years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal state or local law
Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
Excellent guest service skills
Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality
Deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
Practice proper cash handling and operation of the point-of-sale system
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
Support your crew and foster a cooperative work atmosphere
Share knowledge on seasonal scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails
Perform other duties as required to support the business
