Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One plus years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal state or local law
- Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality
- Deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
- Practice proper cash handling and operation of the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- Support your crew and foster a cooperative work atmosphere
- Share knowledge on seasonal scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails
- Perform other duties as required to support the business
