Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours during a shift
ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
basic math skills for handling transactions
strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
friendly and outgoing personality
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
promptly pick up and deliver food orders
ensure customers are well attended, offer refills, and clear unused items
deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
