Job Requirements

At least 2 years' experience serving in an upscale dining concept
Fluent English speaker
Able to work well without direct supervision
Comfortable working in a traditional environment with a strict dress code
Able to maintain composure and work well under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships
Intermediate knowledge of wine, cocktails and cuisine

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years' experience serving in an upscale dining concept
Fluent English speaker
Track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with repeat customers
Experience of working cohesively with the culinary team
Accustomed to working in a traditional environment with a strict dress code
An intermediate knowledge of wine, cocktails and cuisine with a genuine interest in always learning more

Job Duties

Provide quick, efficient and courteous service to the members through all dining rooms
Complete opening and closing duties
Set-up dining areas, including patio based upon anticipated member counts
Greet and assist in seating members
Suggest special features from the kitchen and bars
Receive member orders, inputting correctly into POS, assisting expediting, running and serving of orders
Maintain and organize all tables and front of house areas through service
Organize and restock back of house service areas
Assist in all club events and holiday celebrations
