Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience serving in an upscale dining concept
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Able to work well without direct supervision
  • Comfortable working in a traditional environment with a strict dress code
  • Able to maintain composure and work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships
  • Intermediate knowledge of wine, cocktails and cuisine

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience serving in an upscale dining concept
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with repeat customers
  • Experience of working cohesively with the culinary team
  • Accustomed to working in a traditional environment with a strict dress code
  • An intermediate knowledge of wine, cocktails and cuisine with a genuine interest in always learning more

Job Duties

  • Provide quick, efficient and courteous service to the members through all dining rooms
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Set-up dining areas, including patio based upon anticipated member counts
  • Greet and assist in seating members
  • Suggest special features from the kitchen and bars
  • Receive member orders, inputting correctly into POS, assisting expediting, running and serving of orders
  • Maintain and organize all tables and front of house areas through service
  • Organize and restock back of house service areas
  • Assist in all club events and holiday celebrations
