Job Requirements

must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and multitasking abilities
teamwork skills
basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
suggest and promote drinks, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
pick up and deliver food orders in a timely manner
ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear items no longer in use
deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
