Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Basic math skills for handling cash
State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Customer service orientation

Job Duties

Practice safe food handling procedures with awareness of food allergens
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
Uphold cash handling procedures
Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Deliver attentive and friendly service to guests
