Job Requirements

high school graduate or equivalent preferred
must be 18 years of age or older
prefer a minimum of one year of previous restaurant server experience
ability to effectively communicate in english verbal and written
must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
flexible schedule - ability to work during days, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them efficiently
ensure guests have a memorable dining experience through attentive and personalized service
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
process payments accurately and manage cash handling
