Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality
- ability to work full time with open availability including weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to handle cash and operate food service equipment
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist guests with additional needs
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate dietary requests
- communicate directly with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests are met
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and work well with guests and team members
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
- maintain confidentiality regarding guest information
- address complaints promptly and escalate to supervisor when necessary
- ensure the dining area is properly set up and cleaned
- operate food service equipment
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other assigned duties
