Job Duties
- Take guests orders
- Provide attentive service throughout meal
- Memorize menu items, abbreviations, and various preparation styles
- Learn drink offerings and educate customers on beers on tap
- Assist in prepping ingredients, maintaining stock, and keeping the process organized
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain stock of silverware, menus, and napkins
