Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
- Flexible and long hours required at times
- Ability to stand during entire shift exerting up to 40 pounds
- Ability to maneuver throughout dining and kitchen areas during shift
- Ability to carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, bend below the waist and communicate intentions
- Approach all encounters with guests in a friendly, socially distanced, service-oriented manner
- Continuously clean high touch points and restrooms
- Maintain schedule according to business levels and Covid-19 protocols
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming including wearing proper uniform and facial mask and gloves when required and regulated
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including long shifts
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
- Maintain cleanliness of high-touch points and dining areas
- Adhere to Covid-19 safety and hygiene protocols
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
- Carry trays and handle hot and cold beverages safely
- Maintain professional appearance and wear proper uniform
