Job Requirements

  • Must be available evenings and weekends (Wednesday through Sunday required)
  • at least two years as server, captain, or sommelier preferred
  • strong food, wine and spirits knowledge
  • CMS certified or WSET 1 or greater a plus
  • open availability preferred
  • ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
  • willingness to learn and grow
  • able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
  • valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card is required
  • must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
  • must have reliable transportation to work

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience as a server, captain, or sommelier preferred
  • strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits

Job Duties

  • Maintain customer service according to restaurant standards
