Job Requirements

Must be available evenings and weekends (Wednesday through Sunday required)
at least two years as server, captain, or sommelier preferred
strong food, wine and spirits knowledge
CMS certified or WSET 1 or greater a plus
open availability preferred
ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
willingness to learn and grow
able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card is required
must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
must have reliable transportation to work

Job Qualifications

At least two years of experience as a server, captain, or sommelier preferred
strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
CMS certified or WSET 1 or greater preferred
ability to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
ability to be positive, attentive, and hospitable
willingness to learn and grow
valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card
at least 18 years of age or valid work permit
reliable transportation to work

Job Duties

Maintain customer service according to restaurant standards
provide timely table service
deliver food to guests efficiently
buss tables and clean dining areas
use wine and beverage knowledge to upsell during service
maintain sanitary food handling practices
interact with customers in a positive and hospitable manner
