Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years to serve alcohol
Prior experience working as a server for at least one year
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compliance with Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and California Fair Chance Act
Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge

Job Qualifications

One year or more of server experience
Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and accommodating attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
Passion for food and hospitality
Commitment to team collaboration and guest first mentality

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and throughout their visit
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
Ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
Maintain knowledge of menu items including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods
Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth service flow
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
