Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years to serve alcohol
  • Prior experience working as a server for at least one year
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Compliance with Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and California Fair Chance Act
  • Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
  • Ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth service flow
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
