Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
  • Practices positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Remains aware of guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
  • Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
  • Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers for outstanding guest service
  • Understands product specifications and verifies guest receipts match party size
  • Performs opening, closing, and side work duties
  • Reports equipment and facility problems to management
  • Follows correct table bussing procedures
  • Adheres to safe work practices
  • Meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards according to duty roster
  • Complies with local health department laws
