Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and health regulations
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Remains aware of guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers for outstanding guest service
- Understands product specifications and verifies guest receipts match party size
- Performs opening, closing, and side work duties
- Reports equipment and facility problems to management
- Follows correct table bussing procedures
- Adheres to safe work practices
- Meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards according to duty roster
- Complies with local health department laws
