Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours
- capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- ability to perform frequent hand washing and work with cleaning agents
- available to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- strong customer service orientation
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take food and drink orders and make recommendations
- deliver orders accurately and with a positive attitude
