Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
- ATC Responsible Vendor's License
- Basic math and computer/tablet skills
- Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional manner
- Superb multitasking skills and an eye for detail
- Available to work different hours including weekends days nights and holidays
- Positive engaging personality and professional appearance
- Ability to uphold company standards relating to appearance and dress
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong task and time management abilities
- Ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods of eight or more hours
- Able to lift push pull and carry a minimum weight up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time up to eight hours per day

- Able to twist kneel bend and crawl

Job Duties
- Follow company service standards as well as restaurant steps of service at all times
- Strong communication skills with ability to work well with other team members
- Maintain a positive attitude in the workplace while treating guests and coworkers with respect
- Follow company uniform and appearance guidelines
- Arrive to work on time in uniform and prepared for your shift
- Have an in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus and stay up to date on menu changes
- Demonstrate some wine knowledge including ability to distinguish between types of wine and recommend based on guest preferences and food pairings
- Abide by state liquor laws including maintaining a current Louisiana Responsible Vendor's Permit
- Properly utilize and operate POS system to enter orders and/or process transactions
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining drink service food service and bussing without excessive errors
- Practice step consolidation and efficient time management
- Maintain a continual eye for detail
- Properly set-up assigned station and perform all opening side work completely and perform on-going side work throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean work environment throughout the shift wiping down surfaces and keeping server stations clean and organized
- Complete closing side work and station breakdown before leaving the restaurant
- Perform processing of all credit card and/or cash checks while organizing and keeping track of close out slips
- Work efficiently and complete required tasks within assigned time frame
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and participate meaningfully
- Other duties as assigned
