Job Requirements

- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
Job Qualifications
- Must possess and utilize a sense of urgency
- Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours
- Ability to safely lift and maneuve trays weighing up to 20-25 pounds
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Ability to multitask and manage various duties simultaneously
- Comfortable asking for help and demonstrating eagerness to learn
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests with open body language and sincere presence
- Offer specials and take beverage orders promptly using specific suggestions
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and menu descriptions to guide guests
- Utilize the pivot point system for efficient order taking and food delivery
- Practice active listening to minimize errors and build guest confidence
- Enter orders accurately in the POS system while upselling appetizers, salads, and desserts
- Deliver food timely and inform guests about hot plates especially for children
- Anticipate guests’ needs proactively and offer additional care like extra condiments
- Provide ongoing beverage service by checking for refills before asked
- Perform opening, closing, and ongoing side work to maintain a productive environment
- Ensure food delivery is correct and check back with guests early in their meal
- Handle service challenges promptly or relay to team leaders as needed
- View section as one large party and maintain awareness of the entire dining area
- Embody core values and contribute to a positive team culture
- Prepare and present the final bill while thanking guests
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in assigned section
- Support fellow team members across various roles to boost overall efficiency
