Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of POS systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours
Team-oriented attitude

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
Collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
Ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove unused items
Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
Follow all food safety rules
