Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
excellent customer service skills
ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
good communication skills
willingness to learn and receive ongoing training

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred
knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
basic math skills to handle cash and transactions

Job Duties

deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing safe, friendly and attentive service
make guests feel welcome and like they are part of the family
take guests on a tour of Italy through knowledge of food, wine, and fresh ingredients
maintain the highest safety and sanitation standards
ensure team member wellness and clean restaurant environment
collaborate with team members to provide seamless service
share menu information and answer guest questions
