Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or restaurant serving is preferred
ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
knowledge of food safety practices is a plus

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
pick up and deliver food orders in a timely manner
ensure the customer is well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
