Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
able to communicate effectively with others
committed to making a positive impact
able to stand and move for periods up to four hours
capable of lifting up to 25 pounds safely
able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
willing to follow health and safety protocols consistently

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
friendly and outgoing personality
basic math skills for handling payments
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

greet guests and present menus
take food and beverage orders accurately
make recommendations based on guest preferences
anticipate and fulfill guest needs during the dining experience
ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders
handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
