Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- willing and able to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- pass pre-employment drug test including Marijuana and other controlled substances
- no alcohol consumption while on duty
- adhere to grooming standards with limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks

Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old

- successfully complete required safety and emergency training
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
- relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
- perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
