Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
willing and able to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
pass pre-employment drug test including Marijuana and other controlled substances
no alcohol consumption while on duty
adhere to grooming standards with limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware
cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
