Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stand or walk 100% of the shift
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
Read and write handwritten notes
Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Maintain personal bank and ensure financial accuracy
Adhere to dress code requirements
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Be physically capable of performing essential functions
Have reliable transportation to get to work

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Skill in operating Micros system and handling credit card transactions
Knowledge of food and drink menu items
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to follow sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
English reading and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to company's sanitation procedures
Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating and returning appropriate change and maintaining adequate cash and coin for making change
Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
Greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
Accurately take guests' food and drink orders
Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
Enter orders into Micros quickly and in proper sequence, using appropriate modifications and charges
Ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables in own section and other sections as needed
Work quickly and efficiently adhering to 'full hands in, full hands out' philosophy
Assist in party set up and breakdown
Bus and reset tables as needed
Assist other team members as needed
Complete station side work at the beginning and end of shifts
Participate in incentives and contests driving sales and promoting the brand
Follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control while maximizing guest experience
Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, prebussing and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
Keep station clean and set up and take down tables appropriately
Maintain favorable working relationships with all team members to foster cooperation and high morale
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Operate Micros and accurately conduct credit card transactions
Read and communicate in English
Listen to guests' orders and needs and communicate accordingly
Dress in proper dress code, neat, clean and professional
Meet minimum age requirement of 18 years
