Job Requirements

Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for seven days a week for up to 28 weeks
Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
Must pass pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other substances
No alcohol consumption allowed during employment
Must comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
Temporary employment position not to exceed 28 weeks
Must perform emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation

Job Qualifications

At least eighteen years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for seven days a week up to 28 weeks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking

Job Duties

Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
Efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines, and kindly answer any questions regarding menu items
Efficiently relay orders to the galley and serve various courses and beverages with care, ensuring all items look presentable and are properly garnished and decorated
Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
Maintain professional appearance and comply with safety and grooming standards
